Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong size and need to exchange it for the same style in a different size, please follow these steps:
1. Initiate an Exchange: Email us at info@landandlore.co with your full name, order number, and details of your exchange request. We will verify if the requested size is available and guide you through the next steps.
Please note that exchanges are only applicable for the same style in a different size. If you wish to exchange for a different style or product, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item following these guidelines:
1. Eligibility: The item must meet the following criteria:
• The item received does not match the product description on our website.
• The item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• You request the return within the specified timeframe (e.g., 14 days from delivery date).
2. Initiate a Return: Email us at info@landandlore.co with your full name, order number, and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that personalised or custom-made products are non-returnable. Additionally, items that have been used or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Process your return for UK Customers.
For International customers or if you need further assistance, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the item(s) at info@landandlore.co and provide the following information:
• Your order number.
• The reason for the return.
• Clear photos of any faults, if applicable.
• If your item was a gift, please provide the gif-tee's name.
2. Our customer support team will assess your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. If your return request is approved, you will be provided with further instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
Return Shipping
• If you are returning an item due to it being faulty, damaged, or not as described, LAND & LORE will cover the return shipping costs. Our customer support team will provide you with a shipping label.
• If you are returning an item for any other reason, including change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and any duties and taxes owed. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is received by us.
Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your request according to the following options:
• For faulty or damaged items, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
• For items returned for any other reason, you will be eligible for a refund of the item's purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
Timeframe for Returns
Please note that returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, please allow 5 business days for us to process your refund or replacement.
